本周稀土市场行情镨钕,镝铁和铽价格与上周基本一致,价格保持平稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格408-418元/KG,镝铁合金价格1170-1200元/KG,金属铽价格3900-3950元/KG。

This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb in the rare earth market are similar to last week and keep stable. Prices from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 408-418RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1170-1200RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950RMB/KG.

5月18日,“向阳红01"船圆满完成环球海洋综合科学考察,顺利返回青岛。此次科考对中印度洋海盆区开展了深海稀土加密调查,同时在东南太平洋深海盆地内初步选划出了面积约150万平方公里的富稀土沉积区。我国成为对印度洋、东南太平洋深海稀土调查研究程度高的国家。

On May 18th, "Xiangyanghong 01" ship successfully completed the Global Ocean Comprehensive Scientific Investigation and returned to Qingdao smoothly. The research conducted an encryption survey of deep-sea rare earth in the Middle Indian Ocean Basin area. Meanwhile, it made a preliminary selection of an area about 1.5 million square kilometers of the rich RE deposits in the deep sea basins of the southeast Pacific. China became the country which has the highest degree of research on deep-sea rare earth in the Indian Ocean and the southeast Pacific.

我国深海稀土研究项目科学家、国家海洋局一海洋研究所研究员石学法表示,深海稀土开发技术不难但受环境、市场制约。从技术上说,目前开发深海富稀土沉积应该没有问题。我国和日本科学家的实验研究都表明,可直接用酸从这种沉积物中浸取获得混合稀土氧化物,浸取工艺比较简单。开发一种矿产资源的决定因素是市场,是否能够盈利。深海富稀土沉积物位于水深4000米以深的海底,目前开采成本很高,而且还要考虑开发对海洋环境的影响。

Shi Xuefa, the chief scientist of China Deep-sea Rare-earth research project and the researcher of First Institute of Oceanography of National Bureau of Oceanography , said deep-sea rare earth development technology is not difficult but restricted by environment and market. Technically, there should be no problem in developing deep-sea rich rare earth deposits. Experiment of Chinese and Japanese scientists have shown that it is easy to extract the mixed rare earth oxides by leaching them directly from the sediments called acid. The final determinant of the development of a mineral resource is whether the market can be profitable. Deep-sea rich rare earth deposits are located at deep seabed of 4000m depths. The current cost of mining is high and the impact of development on the marine environment should be considered.
