本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格401-406元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1240元/KG，金属铽价格3850-3900元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb kept stable and basically unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 401-406RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1220-1240RMB/KG and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG.

日本媒体报道称，日本将启动对深海矿物资源的开发。由日本产业技术综合研究所和海洋研究开发机构等组成的团队，将在政府的支持下于2月调查南鸟岛周边海域富含稀土金属的稀土泥含量。报道称，2019年也将推进海底地质调查，海洋研究开发机构和产业技术综合研究所等将对稀土泥的含量进行准确估算。计划2022年度在南鸟岛近海进行试采。在目前的情况下，开发上述资源能否盈利也是未知数。

Japanese media reported that the Japanese will fully launch the development of deep-sea mineral resources. A team formed by the Japanese Industrial Technology Research Institute and Marine research and development institution supported by the government will conduct a survey of rare earth metals in the waters around Minami Torishima in February. The report said the seabed geological survey will also be carried out in 2019, and the content of rare earth mud will be accurately estimated by the Institute of Marine Research and Development and the Industrial Technology Research Institute. The pilot production of rare earth mud is planned to be carried out off the coast of Minami Torishima in 2022.

生意社稀土分析师预计近期国内环保严查力度不减，加之国内稀土行业秩序整顿，对于稀土行业产生一定的利好影响，但是近期进出口方面受到一定的限制，加之近期稀土行业成行情冷清，预计稀土市场价格走势稳中下滑。（生意社）

SunSirs rare-earth analysts expect the recent domestic environmental monitoring efforts will not be reduced, and the domestic rare earth industry order rectification will have a certain positive impact on the rare earth industry. However, the import and export will be limited to a certain extent in the near future and recent rare earth industry trading market is cold, a steady decline in the price of rare earth market is expected. 据海关数据统计，2018年12月中国稀土出口量5421.4吨，同比增长5.1%；出口总额44.6百万美元，同比增长15.8%；出口均价8.2美元/千克，同比增长10.2%。据中国海关统计，从2014年到2018年，中国稀土氧化物(及氧化物等价物)出口增长91.7%，从27,769吨增加到53,224吨。同期，国土资源部每年发放给中国稀土生产商的稀土开采配额总量仅增长14.3%，从2014年的10.5万吨稀土氧化物(或氧化物等价物)增加到2018年的12万吨。我国稀土出口总体趋势表现为出口趋于稳定而均价加速攀升。

According to customs statistics, China's rare earth export in December 2018 is 5,421.4 tons, which is a year-on-year increase of 5.1%. Total export is $44.6 million, which is a year-on-year increase of 15.8%. Export average price is $8.2/kg, which is a year-on-year increase of 10.2%. According to Chinese customs statistics, from 2014 to 2018, China's rare earth oxide (and the oxide equivalents) export has increased by 91.7%, from 27,769 tons to 53,224 tons. In the same period, China's rare earth mining quotas to rare earth producers issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources each year rose only 14.3%, from 105,000 tons of rare earth oxides (or oxide equivalent) in 2014 to 120,000 tons in 2018. The overall trend of China's rare earth export shows that the export tends to be stable while the average price accelerates.
