本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格保持平稳，镝铁和铽价格继续上涨。 亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格334-339元/KG (上海有色，335-340元/KG)，镝铁合金价格1590-1610元/KG (上海有色，1620-1650元/KG)，金属铽价格4130-4180元/KG (上海有色，4280-4350元/KG)。

This week, prices of PrNd kept stable while DyFe and Tb kept increasing. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 334-339 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 335-340 RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1590-1610 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1620-1650 RMB/KG), and Tb metal 4130-4180 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 4280-4350 RMB/KG).

2019年5月14日24点，云南腾冲与缅甸边境关口进行封关，禁止所有稀土业务相关商品进行进出口贸易。目前已确认，关口已封，不接受任何稀土相关商品的报关，稀土矿已经无法从缅甸出口到中国。

At 12PM on May 14, 2019, Tengchong, Yunnan closed the border with Myanmar and banned the import and export of all rare earth business-related commodities. It has been confirmed that the pass has been sealed, and customs declaration of any rare earth related commodities is not acceptable. Rare earth minerals can no longer be exported from Myanmar to China.

2018年缅甸进口稀土矿2.58万吨，核算稀土氧化物将近2.3万吨，对应氧化镝产量在860吨左右，氧化铽产量在130吨左右，占国内镝铽产量40%。而就当前形势判断，封关至少造成本年度有两万吨稀土难以进口到中国，镝的产量下降800吨，铽产下降120吨，镝铽供需格局变化，将导致中重稀土价格上涨。

In 2018, Myanmar imported 25,800 tons of rare earth minerals, accounting for nearly 23,000 tons of rare earth oxides, corresponding to Dy oxide production of 860 tons and Tb oxide production of 130 tons, accounting for 40% of domestic Dy and Tb production. Judging by the current situation, at least 20,000 tons of rare earths will be difficult to import into China this year due to the closure. Dy production will drop by 800 tons and Tb production will drop by 120 tons.

整体供需依旧处于平衡或者紧张的格局，所以商家对后市更多的持乐观看涨心态。利好还是大于利空，存在的供应短缺问题短时间难以解决。中重稀土价格将会继续上涨，很难出现短期快速拉涨的趋势，商家的提价模式应该是到达一个台阶稳定一段时间，继续上涨，如此价格上涨趋势更合理。（百川资讯杜帅兵）

中美贸易战对美国稀土矿有一定影响，对中国稀土产业影响较小。稀土及钕铁硼并不在美国的加税清单中，因此中国对美国出口不受影响。但，中方的反制美国加税清单中包含稀土产品。据悉美国矿原来准备扩大产能，计划今年出口至中国5万吨稀土原矿，目前一季度已经实现出口至中国5440吨。如果6月1日过后，中国正式实施25%的进口关税的话，预计美国矿投资方可能会面临着10%的亏损，因此不排除美国矿会面临减产甚至停产的命运。（瑞道金属网）

It is reported that the U.S. mine originally planned to expand its production capacity and planned to export 50,000 tons of raw rare earth minerals to China this year.
