本周稀土市场行情，镨钕、镝铁及铽价格继续保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格406-416元/KG （上海有色，410-415元/KG），镝铁合金价格1155-1175元/KG （上海有色，1150-1160元/KG），金属铽价格3820-3870元/KG（上海有色，3850-3900元/KG）。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 406-416RMB/KG (price from SMM: 410-415RMB /KG), DyFe alloy 1155-1175RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1150-1160RMB/KG) and Tb metal 3820-3870RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3850-3900 RMB /KG).

SMM8月30日讯：本周镨钕系品种价格开始扬升，氧化镨钕报价高报价上调至32.7万元/吨，成价格在32.3万元/吨以上，虽然并未强势爆发，但询单量开始增加。其他品种报价变化不大，整体消费需求仍显一般。临近9月份传统旺季，加之近期稀土价格整体跌至阶段性低位，吸引下游买家入市补货，报价由此上调。

SMM Aug 30th: this week, the price of the variety of PrNd series began to rise. The highest quotation of PrNd oxide was raised to 327,000 RMB/ton. The transaction price was over 323,000 RMB/ton, although it was not a strong outbreak, but inquiries began to increase. Prices offer of other varieties changed little, the overall consumer demand was still modest. Approaching the traditional peak season of September, plus the recent overall price of rare earths fell to a phased low level, which attracting downstream buyers to the market replenishment, the price offer increased.

近期稀土市场的支撑因素在于传统旺季的到来以及政策面的预期，近期稀土报价尝试性上调正是对于这两个因素的预期。政策面包括新一轮环保核查或将催生生产企业减产现象，此外，市场对收储相关推进仍然关注。下周预计以镨钕系产品的稀土价格有望继续稳中有涨。

The recent rare earth market has been supported by the arrival of the traditional peak season and the expectation of policy, the recent tentative increase in rare earth quotation is also based on the expectation of these two factors. Policies include a new round of environmental inspections could lead to production cuts, besides, the market remains concerned about progress of reservation. Prices of rare earths, led by PrNde serial products, are expected to continue to rise moderately next week.

工业和信息化部网站8月27日消息，工业和信息化部、自然资源部下达2018年二批稀土开采、冶炼分离总量控制计划的通知。

News from the website of the ministry of industry and information technology on August 27th, the ministry of industry and information technology, the ministry of natural resources have issued the second batch of rare earth mining, smelting and separation aggregate control plan for 2018.

通知指出，稀土是国家严格实行开采、冶炼分离总量控制管理的产品，任何单位和个人不得无计划和超计划生产。2018年度全国稀土开采、冶炼分离总量控制计划分别为12万吨、11.5万吨。

The notice says, rare earth is a product strictly controlled by the state for the total amount of mining, smelting and separation. no unit or individual shall produce without plan or beyond plan. The total amount of rare earth mining, smelting and separation control plans for 2018 are 120,000 tons and 115,000 tons respectively.
