本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格小幅上涨，镝铁和铽价格继续保持平稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格393-398元/KG，镝铁合金价格1900-1920元/KG，金属铽价格5100-5150元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd has a slight increase while DyFe and Tb keep stabilized. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 393-398RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1900-1920RMB/KG, and Tb metal 5100-5150RMB/KG.

Wesfarmers近日表示，已经放弃对Lynas公司进行收购，该收购协议价值15亿美元。Wesfarmers的收购是以Lynas获得营业执照续期为条件的。上周马来西亚将Lynas旗下一家稀土加工厂的营运许可证延长六个月，但比投资者和分析师预期的要短。Wesfarmers表示尽管Lynas经营许可延期，但是公司仍无法继续推进该协议。

Wesfarmers recently said it had dropped a USD1.5 billion buyout deal for Lynas. Wesfarmers was acquired subject to the renewal of Lynas' business license. Last week, Malaysia extended the license for a rare earth processing plant owned by Lynas by six months, shorter than investors and analysts had expected. Wesfarmers said the company was unable to go ahead with the deal despite the extension of Lynas' licensing.

本周稀土市场整体先涨后跌，主要体现在轻稀土镨钕产品。金属镨钕低位库存暂时不足的情况随着生产和订单补充渐渐缓和，短暂的中间环节紧张状态缓解，供需影响下镨钕震荡回调。

The market for rare earth rose as a whole and then fell this week, mainly in light rare earth PrNd products. The situation of low inventory shortage of metal PrNd gradually eases with the production and order replenishment, and the temporary intermediate link tension to ease, PrNd shock callback under the impact of supply and demand.

氧化镨钕走势随着采购热度变化，且在高点之前畏高情绪开始体现，但大厂报价较为坚挺，后期出现回落但幅度不大。金属镨钕虽跟随氧化镨钕调整，但涨势略显滞后，成本压力较为严重，仅原先的低位库存成压力较小。氧化镝及镝铁本周显弱，但业内预期始终存在，弱势相对平缓，整体保持大致稳定。

PrNd oxide trend changes with the purchase heat, and fears for high price begins manifest before the high level, but the price from big factory is relatively firm, later appeared to fall but not much. Metal PrNd following the adjustment of PrNd oxide, but the rise slightly lags; cost pressure is more serious, only the original low inventory transaction pressure is small. Dy oxide and DyFe were weak this week, but industry expectations are consistent and the weakness is relatively flat and generally stable.

自腾冲封关以来，缅甸稀土进口量大幅缩水，仅剩的小部分流通维系在路程较远的陇川地区，但此事对重稀土实际影响效果目前相对不大：一，国内重稀土库存相对充足，氧化镝铽仍处于相对高位，且近期弱稳更是供需调节的体现。二，目前仍在通关的缅甸稀土量较小，即使阻断发生，杯水对于车薪而言效果不会明显。三，虽然业内可能存在炒作心态，但业内经过前几次波动早已十分理性，情绪影响效果恐亦不会明显。（瑞道稀土资讯）

Second, the amount of rare earth still being cleared from Myanmar is small, and even if the blockage happens, one cup of water won't have much effect on the fire of a cartload of firewoods. Third, although there may be speculation mentality in the industry, the industry has been very rational after several fluctuations, the emotional impact may not be obvious.
